Executive committee
The day-to-day management of Tata Steel in Europe is conducted through the Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee comprises:
Dr Karl-Ulrich Köhler, Managing Director and CEO
Dr Henrik Adam, Chief Commercial Officer
Mr Tor Farquhar, Executive Director Human Resources
Mr N K Misra, Executive Director Finance
In addition, the Group Chief Financial Officer, Mr Koushik Chatterjee, provides strategic oversight and financial support to the Executive Committee.
The European Group Legal Director Ms Helen Matheson and Executive Officer to the CEO Dr Shaun Doherty support the Executive Committee in terms of strategy implementation and its organisation and effectiveness.
