Carbon and Carbon-Manganese Steels
We supply a wide range of Carbon and Carbon-Manganese steel grades, either to published UK, European or US specifications, or to a customer's own requirement.
Examples of current specifications for Carbon and Carbon-Manganese steel grades are:
- BS EN 10025-2,-3,-4:2004
- BS EN 10083-2:2006 (UK/EU)
- SAE/ASTM series 10xx and 15xx (US)
Replacement steels can be produced to the old 'EN' numbers e.g. EN3A, or the superseded BS970 part 1.
We can also work to two or more amalgamated specifications, where permitted by the scope of the individual analysis ranges, to meet multiple release requirements.
