New steel casting machine

This simulation shows the new caster which has been installed at Scunthorpe.

The new caster employing advanced mould design, combined with faster casting speeds, improve the surface and internal quality of the steel supplied to the mills.

Steel is fed to the casters as required from the ladle arc furnaces.
